Sunset Travel Vacations is an independent travel agency. We arrange travel through third-party suppliers; we are not the supplier. When we book your trip, we act as an intermediary between you and the airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, transfer companies, and other providers who actually deliver the travel.
Those suppliers are independent businesses we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, overbookings, or negligence, or for any injury, loss, damage, or expense resulting from them. Each supplier has its own terms and conditions, which apply to your booking in addition to these terms.
Prices and availability are set by suppliers and can change until your booking is confirmed and paid. A quote is not a guarantee of price or availability. Supplier deposit requirements and payment schedules apply to every booking, and missing a supplier payment deadline can result in cancellation by the supplier.
Cancellations, changes, and refunds are governed by the terms of the applicable supplier. Many travel bookings are nonrefundable or carry penalties. We will help you understand and submit requests, but we cannot waive a supplier's policy or guarantee a refund.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, and other losses. If you decline coverage, you accept responsibility for any losses that insurance might have covered.
You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, identification, and any required vaccinations or health documentation for your trip. We are not responsible for losses caused by missing or invalid travel documents.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount of service fees you paid us, if any, for the booking at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sunset Travel Vacations and Sandee Densmore from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your travel, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any supplier's terms or applicable law.
